AMAZING!!

I had an issue with my fridge/freezer not staying cool, I was in contact with ANOTHER appliance repair company in Bartow, it took about 3 weeks for them not to repair anything. they ended up misdiagnosing the Freezer 3 times, (2 different reps). The first rep did not understand why i removed ice try from overheating freezer. Both reps and the phone rep had poor service and were very rude. they were trying to charge me close to $500 for the computer to be replaced in the freezer. I feel they were trying to get as much money out of me as possible. I finally declined service.

I called Countrywide and the lady I spoke to was very friendly and understanding within the same day the My fridge was fixed for a low price. It was just that easy. It turned out there was a small leak in the water hose. The rep who came to the house was very experienced and knew the problem before even opening the fridge, but still opened it up to verify, I am so happy to have called Countrywide appliance.

please do yourself a favor and call this company first.
